Taking Advantage Of Video Marketing Strategy For Small Business

?
Did you enjoy this video? Want more tips, tricks and tactics for a better video marketing strategy??Click here?to get started.

Video Transcript: The structure of the video. Always start a video with a hook as part of your video marketing strategy. It?s all about, very similar to copywriting. All of this material comes back to copywriting. Why am I watching this? In this video I?m going to show you how you can get your website found online. Then move into the content. That?s right up front, bold promise, here?s what I?m going to do. Sometimes it?s nice as well to have a cool little intro. You?ll see on the Melbourne SEO Services one, I don?t know if you?ve watched any of the videos but it goes, Get found online and this nice little thing pops down.

You can go to something like iStock or VideoHive and find some nice little intros. In fact we?ll do it on the front here. ?Get found Online with Melbourne SEO?, so you can create nice little short things. That?s just a branding thing, it gets put on the front of all of our videos. VideoHive is a really good website for that. That cost me $15 or something like that and how sharp does that look?

Then you also want to make sure, the aim of the game is with all these bits of content that we?re putting out on the web, it?s to get people back to your online video marketing?website. So we have a lower third throughout the entire video. You?ll notice there is a url back to the website. That way, as someone is watching it, if they want to come back to the website they can do so at any point in time. So you want to make sure that all throughout your videos you have that lower third.

Always include your url. We have an outro as well and a call to action. Every video marketing strategy?finishes with a call to action. So it will be: Want to find out more? Visit this url. Want to watch the rest of this seminar? Visit this url. I was talking to Troy during the break and I said, what we do with a lot of our workshops, we just cut them up into little pieces and then we upload them onto YouTube. You can find so much great content from us uploaded onto YouTube, it?s just great content.

Then at the end of each video, add a call to action: Hey, want to watch the rest of this workshop? Head back to here. So it?s a great bounce back technique. Then using music, I think Adrian has helped with that being a composer. We?ve started to bring some more music into the work that we?re doing and it?s just starting to polish it out that little bit more.

So channel internet video marketing?secrets. How to make sure that your channel really stands out on YouTube. The first thing is make sure that you select your user name. It?s best to go for the keywords. These are things that I?ve learned afterwards because my trading account is on DJenyns, that?s my user name, www.youtube.com/djenyns. Really I would have like to be something like freetradingsystems or tradingsystems or something like that.

Make sure that you select a background image, it looks a lot sharper. You can see mine there and we?ll take a quick look. You can see when you?re on a larger screen, I?m on a little laptop here, but I?ve got a nice little logo down the side there that mentions my url. What?s the aim of the game for YouTube? YouTube and anything else that you put outside on the web, facebook, twitter, it?s all about how do I get them back to my website? Once I get them back to my website, I capture their name, they get into my funnel then I can continue to market to them.

The other thing that you want to do is set your channel type. YouTube, under the settings you can set a normal one, I think they call it a YouTuber. You have options to write Guru or Expert. You get different options for the type of YouTuber you want to go for. Choose one of the ones that isn?t the generic one. So YouTuber is what everybody goes for. But if you do Guru or something like that, what it means is, when you videos start to take off, you?ll get little awards on your videos. You?ll get little tiles. You can see one down the bottom there, 13th most viewed today. I got that one and the reason was I put myself into a different category.

When you?re in the main default category, you?re competing against a whole lot more people. But if you put yourself into the little Expert category, or the Guru category, I?m now competing with a lot smaller space and it?s much easier for me to get those awards.

Then also on my YouTube channel as well you get some little content and things like that. So I make sure that I tell them to subscribe. There are few things that will help with ranking your YouTube videos and it?s having the number of subscribers. So I tell them, because there is a button up the top of YouTube that says subscribe to my channel, so I?m just reminding them, as part of video marketing strategy,?telling them what to do, adding a call to action.

These are just some of the things you need to know if you want to give online video marketing a try. Looking for a professional video marketing strategy for your small business??Click here for more info.

Economic uncertainty hurts business travel | GoErie.com/Erie Times ...

U.S. companies are continuing to cut back on employee travel plans amid uncertainty surrounding the health of the economy.

Americans are expected to take 438.1 million business trips this year, down 2 percent from 2011, the Global Business Travel Association said Tuesday. Overall business travel spending is expected to be up 2.6 percent, but that's only because trips are more expensive.

"Corporations are in a wait-and-see mode and holding back on investment decisions that would help boost the economy," said Michael W. McCormick, the trade group's executive director and chief operating officer.

The group cites a lack of significant job creation in the sectors that would spur business travel and worries about whether a package of steep tax increases and sharp government spending cuts can be avoided as major factors hurting business travel plans.

The economy is adding jobs and the unemployment rate recently dipped below 8 percent for the first time in four years. But jobs have been concentrated in sectors like retail, restaurant and manufacturing -- areas where employees don't tend to travel much. As a result, business travel is not getting the bounce that was typical of past recoveries.

The travel group said fears of the so-called "fiscal cliff" scheduled to kick in at the beginning of 2013 without action to stop it are "the darkest cloud" on the economic horizon. It predicts the economy will slide back into recession if government officials don't soften the blow.

"This is an economy in need of some good news to shore up business confidence and encourage more travel," McCormick said.

In 2013, the outlook for business travel is somewhat brighter. GBTA forecasts total spending will rise 4.9 percent to $270 billion, a slight increase from their forecast three months ago. Total trips, though, are expected to fall 1.1 percent.

The organization expects trips from the U.S. overseas will also be constrained by worries overseas, including recession in Europe and slower growth in China.

GBTA projects international outbound spending to grow 2.5 percent this year. Less than a year ago, GBTA forecast growth of more than twice that.

The Basics Of A Dutch Auction

The world is going mad for saving money and it is easy to see why. The economic climate is certainly not favouring consumers spending lots of cash. People are losing jobs and the cost of living is rising. Auction sites have been an important part of people saving plenty of cash over the last few years, but most people are extremely confused over how they really work.

What Dutch auctions are not!
Dutch auctions are not simply auctions that are held in the Netherlands. This is a common myth and it is one that is completely not true!

What Dutch auctions are!
Dutch auctions are auctions where the price starts high and finishes low. It's a fairly unique concept and a concept that many people really struggle to comprehend. The reality is that the concept is clever while remaining simple. What people need to do is be the first person to bid. The auctioneer will start the auction at a high price and continue to reduce the price until someone decides to bid. As soon as a person bids, the auction is over and there is a winner. An example would be a car worth ?20,000, being started at ?20,000. Those looking for a bargain are not going to pay market value, so they will wait for a price reduction. The price reduces to ?19,000 and gets no bids. The auctioneer reduces the price to ?17,000, ?16,000 and still no bids. Eventually when the auctioneer reduces the price to ?15,000, there is a bid. This means that an individual has won a car for ?15,000 that has a total value of ?20,000 and saved ?5,000. Obviously the other people that planned to bid expected to get the car for a lower price, and their greed eventually meant that they missed out!

The strategy.
Dutch auctions are extremely hard to win. It can be tempting to bid early for some and end up paying much more than they needed to. On the other hand, many people get greedy and think that they can win the item for a lot less than they originally thought. This could mean that they end up missing out on what would of already been a great deal. There is no second chance with these auctions, once a bid is placed, the item will be sold.

Why use Dutch auctions.
Traditional style auctions tend to sell products at around market value. Everyone knows what they are worth and therefore, they are willing to pay anything as long as it is less than this price. The reality is that in dutch auctions, the price that the item is worth is only what the first individual is willing to pay. Everyone that hopes to bid hopes they will be the first and therefore, there is no real value to products until after a bid has been placed.

Conclusion.
In a time where finances are tight, people look at ways to save money. Dutch auctions are a unique and great way to save plenty of cash, but it is easy to miss out on a good deal by not having the right strategy in place.

BidGrid are a specific kind of online penny auction where the lowest unique bid wins every auction. See how it works.

Turkish leader says 'worst-case scenarios' unfolding in Syria

GUVECCI, Turkey (Reuters) - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said on Monday the "worst-case scenarios" were now playing out in Syria and Turkey would to do everything necessary to protect itself, while its army fired back for a sixth day after a shell fired from Syria flew over the border.

Gul said the violence in Turkey's southern neighbor, where a revolt against President Bashar al-Assad has evolved into a civil war that threatens to draw in regional powers, could not go on indefinitely and Assad's fall was inevitable.

"The worst-case scenarios are taking place right now in Syria ... Our government is in constant consultation with the Turkish military. Whatever is needed is being done immediately as you see, and it will continue to be done," Gul said.

"There will be a change, a transition sooner or later ... It is a must for the international community to take effective action before Syria turns into a bigger wreck and further blood is shed, that is our main wish," he told reporters in Ankara.

Turkey's armed forces have bolstered their presence along the 900 km (560 mile) border with Syria in recent days and have been responding in kind to gunfire and shelling spilling across from the south, where Assad's forces have been battling rebels who control swathes of territory.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said the escalation of the conflict along the Turkey-Syria border, as well as the impact of the crisis on Lebanon, were "extremely dangerous".

"SERIOUS RISKS"

"The situation in Syria has dramatically worsened. It is posing serious risks to the stability of Syria's neighbors and the entire region," he told a conference in Strasbourg, France.

Ban said U.N. and Arab League envoy Lakhdar Brahimi would be heading back to the region this week.

The exchanges with Turkey are the most serious cross-border violence in Syria's revolt against Assad, which began in March last year with peaceful protests for reform and has evolved into a civil war with sectarian overtones.

Fighting further inside Syria also intensified on Monday.

Syrian forces advanced for the first time in months into the rebel-held Khalidiya district in the besieged central city of Homs, one of 12 districts they have been bombarding for days.

"They have occupied buildings that we were stationed in and we had to evacuate," a rebel fighter told Reuters by Skype.

Skirmishes on the Syrian side of the border have been intensifying and it is unclear who fired the shells that have crossed into Turkey.

Damascus has said it fired into Turkey accidentally, but has failed to live up to pledges made last week, after a Syrian shell killed five civilians in the Turkish town of Akcakale, to ensure no more ordnance flies across the border.

Turkey launched its latest retaliatory strike on Monday after a mortar bomb fired from Syria landed in countryside in the Turkish province of Hatay, a Turkish official told Reuters.

The mortar round landed 150-200 meters inside the Turkish district of Hacipasa at about 3 p.m. (1200 GMT), the official said.

TRUCKS PATROLLING

Further east, Syrian rebel sources in Raqqa province, which borders Akcakale, said they had seen five Turkish army trucks full of soldiers patrolling the Turkish side of the border.

NATO member Turkey was once an ally of Assad's but turned against him after his violent response to the uprising, in which activists say 30,000 people have now died.

Turkey has nearly 100,000 Syrian refugees in camps on its territory, has allowed rebel leaders sanctuary and has led calls for Assad to quit. Its armed forces are far larger than Syria's.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at the weekend that a potential leader in an interim Syrian government could be Vice-President Farouq al-Shara.

Reports in August said Shara, a former foreign minister who was appointed vice president six years ago, had tried to defect to neighboring Jordan, but Syrian state media subsequently said he had never considered leaving.

"The opposition is inclined to accept these names. Farouq al-Shara has the ability to understand the system of the last 20-30 years," Davutoglu told the state broadcaster TRT.

"Farouq al-Shara did not get involved in the recent incidents, the massacre, in a very wise and conscientious attitude. But perhaps there is nobody who knows the system better than al-Shara."

Soon, cream that may help fight skin cancer ? Set You Free News

by?Mohit Joshi | TopNews

Scientists have taken the first step towards creating a simple cream that they hope could one day treat skin cancer.?Researchers at Melbourne?s RMIT University have designed a new chemical that acts like a known virus by killing off melanoma cells.

While the chemical is effective at destroying the cancer cells, normal skin cells remain unharmed.?According to Dr Taghrid Istivan, the preliminary research will hopefully lead to developing a cream to treat early stage melanoma.

?We found it is active against cancer cells, against melanoma, but it doesn?t harm the normal cells,? the Telegraph quoted her as saying.??It could be made into a cream and can be used to treat cancer,? she said.

Current early stage melanoma treatments require minor surgery to cut out the cancer cells and healthy skin around a mole but the new research has created a peptide, or a chain of amino acids, that mimics how the proteins of the myxoma virus interact with melanoma cells.

Dr Istivan said there were many benefits to using a synthetic cream over the virus itself, including the cost and concerns the virus could one day mutate and start killing other kinds of cells.??And with a cream, you can just apply it at home, or in a clinic,? she said.

The research, however, still needs to be tested on animals and then in clinical trials, meaning a final product could be years to decades away.?The findings of the study will be presented at a medical conference in Jerusalem later this month.

One on One RP Partners Wanted

Hiya everyone, I'm looking for some one on one RP partners.

I am looking for someone at least semi literate (no text speak as in "R" for "Are" and "U" for "You" etc), who plays males mainly as I play females. Someone Who can contribute to rp plot ideas and lead the rp at times when I'm out of ideas of when you just want to lead.

I roleplay as female mains and control multiple nps often to move plots along. I prefer original universes to fanbased rps but I'm not against fan based rps, it depends on the show you want to based it off of. My favorite genre's at the moment are modern or historical set rps with fantasy flares in them.

There are a few questions I'd like to ask anyone interested, if you are interested please contact me via private message. You can also ask me questions as well as I know I left a lot of information that might be useful to your decision to have me as a one on one rp partner out

NEW YORK (AP) ? Music is not the only way for Ke$ha to tell a story.

The million-selling singer-songwriter has signed with Touchstone for the illustrated memoir "My Crazy Beautiful Life."

It's scheduled to come out Nov. 20, shortly before her new album, "Warrior." According to Touchstone, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, the book will feature Ke$ha's "thoughts and reflections" and pictures spanning from her childhood to her recent tour.

"In less than three years I've gone from being the worst waitress in LA to living out my childhood dreams of singing my songs to people all over the world," Ke$ha said in a statement. "Sometimes, it feels as if the last few years have encompassed a few decades. You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage and on the red carpet, or in a music video, but that's only a part of the story. In these pages, I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous and it?s not all pretty, but it's all real."

The 25-year-old star is known for such hits as "TiK ToK," ''Your Love Is My Drug," ''We R Who We R" and "Die Young."
