The program, which is offered in both North County and South County locations, will start in January but registration opens on Oct. 3, according to Scott Seeley, of the Indian River County Recreation Department.
Children as young as 4, or as old as 15, are eligible to play as part of the league.
Teams will be put together once registration has been completed, usually in December, Seeley said.
The cost for registration is $35 per player, and registration will take place beginning on Oct. 3 at North County Aquatic Center in Sebastian, and at the County Administration Building in Vero Beach.

Special Olympics State Aquatic Games
Also, the Indian River County Recreation Department is looking for volunteers for the Special Olympics State Aquatic Games that are taking place Oct. 1 and 2 at North County Aquatic Center.
More than 300 athletes and 120 coaches from across the State of Florida are expected to attend.
Volunteers are needed for many different roles including staging, one-on-one assistants for athletes, awards and other tasks.
Volunteer applications are available from the Indian River County Recreation Department or on-line at www.ircrec.com.
Anyone interested in volunteering must pre-register with the department in order to participate.
Statewide, more than 10,000 Florida residents are registered volunteers for the Special Olympics and thousands more assist with competitions such as the State Aquatic Championships.
About 66 percent of Special Olympics athletes are school-age, while 34 percent are over the age of 21.
