Oh, baby! Sunday's "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" season finale featured the arrival of Kourtney Kardashian's daughter, Penelope Scotland Disick, and while Kourtney celebrated her birth, sister Khloe continued to struggle with fertility woes.

Following her visit to a fertility clinic on the September 9 episode with sister, Kim, Khloe learned that she has not been ovulating, thus delaying a possible pregnancy for her and husband of three years Lamar Odom. "What I'm trying to figure out with my body is very frustrating and it doesn't feel good," Khloe, 28, reasoned after undergoing another round of ultrasounds and beginning a series of hormone injections.

Kim was sympathetic to her sister's struggles, but Khloe wasn't entirely up for discussing her situation with her, Kourtney or their mother, Kris Jenner. "I really appreciate Kim trying to be so positive, but what is this medicine going to do to my body? It's a lot of stress and pressure -- nothing is (expletive) happening!" she lamented on Sunday's show. "What I'm going through, it's not something I have fun talking about over and over and over again and I don't think my family knows how hard it is for me to talk about it too," Khloe admitted. "It's hard for me to be the one of the sisters not to have babies."

As Khloe continued to struggle, Kim. 31, decided to be proactive in her own family planning and chose to freeze her eggs. Admittedly scared of the procedure -- which including giving herself hormone injections -- Kanye West's girlfriend later realized it was for the best. "I'm glad that I'm freezing my eggs. I can be proactive and I can be prepared when the time comes," said Kim. "I want to be safe."
Jenner, 56, remained supportive to all three of her daughters, including Kourtney, who welcomed Penelope, on July 9.
"Looking at Penelope and watching my daughter give birth reminds me it doesn't get any better than this," said the Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch. "All I really want at the end of the day is for all my daughters to experience that joy in life."
