Why it seems like only yesterday we were telling you about Twitter's new video tweeting feature, courtesy of a tweet from CEO Dick Costolo. With the bird out of the bag, Vine's just made its way to iOS, so those with an iPhone or iPod touch looking for the video equivalent to 140 characters can pick it up for free now, courtesy of the App Store.
