This exciting and ambitious new player in the health insurance market is looking for a business development manager to grow the business through business development initiatives across a range of distribution channels. Delivering against volume, margin and market share targets. This includes identifying new market opportunities as well as supporting the business delivery in existing distribution channels.?
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent call centre management experience, have a strong background in corporate business development and account management. A background in insurance or finance would be an advantage but is not essential

Key Accountabilities:
??Managing a call centre and familiarity with call centre environment is essential for this role.
??Identification of new business development opportunities in conjunction with the sales director.
??Excellent experience with corporate sales.
??Devise and Manage multi- channel sales plans
??Excellent background in B2B sales within the corporate sector.
??Manage and drive the entire sales process from lead stage to final conversion and on-going account management for key business clients.
??Effectively and co-operatively work with cross-functionally to achieve corporate goals
??Work closely with colleagues giving excellent communication with brokers.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
??At least 5 year's business development experience
??Demonstrable track record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs
??Experience in account management and relationship management with distribution partners
??Track record in managing and delivering sales targets in a call centre environment would be a distinct advantage
??Degree or equivalent experience
