Department : Planning & Business Management

Purpose of the job :

To work with a high degree of independence in performing planning and management control activities. Responsibilities include direct contact with all department managers and staffs regarding day-to-day operations, regular and irregular reports. To collate and analyze information from daily operational activities and reporting on the results according to the prescribed systems and procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
? Develop and coordinate the corporate strategy and long term business plan.
? Prepare the yearly business plan
? Prepare the MIS report monthly and quarterly basis
? Prepare the periodic performance measurement reports.
? Review, analyze and interpret the financial statements of the company.
? Conduct various analysis for the company including profitability analysis, productivity Analysis, and sensitivity analysis etc.
? Coordination for process improvement in the operational domain of organization.
? Develop and innovate the management system.
? Set up and control companywide manuals and procedures
? Follow up major issues including resolutions of BOD, audit committee
? Coordinate management issues with relevant department.

Education :

Requires a bachelor degree in Business Management, Economic, Finance or strategy and planning related discipline, preferably MBA

Experience : 7-10 years of experience in the same field.
