I currently own my home, but as most people have expeirenced that bought when?I did (2008) I am upside down currently. When I bought my home I was a bachelor and it was the perfect size for just me. I have since gotten married and plan to start a family and need to upgrade to a larger home. Quadrant offers the Smart Move Advantage program that guarntees the rent of your current home for 3 years so you wouldnt have to worry about renters coming and going as often. I guess my question is this. Does anyone have experience with Quadrant Homes? Or the Smart Move Advantage program? If so any advice you could send my way would be much appreciated. Thanks.
